  2. Open Guesty — review the calendar tapechart for today's check-ins/outs plus a week ahead. (Guest services owns the unified inbox.)
  3. Confirm outstanding balances and cross-check taxes for each property — open the Properties tab to see expected rates per property.
  4. Open Breezeway — confirm today's scheduling and look a week ahead. For back-to-backs, text the cleaner.
  5. Check OTA reviews — Airbnb, Grand Welcome, VRBO, FurnishedFinder.
  6. Adjust scheduling as needed.
  7. Check Teams — keep tabs on guest services messages throughout the day.
  8. End of day — log any property issues in the Daily Log.
